Piece : Portraits

Mehmet Turgut is a famous photographer focusing on conceptual portraits. Since 90's Turgut has photographed, documented and befriended many significant figures in Turkey. By Piece Exhibition, Turgut aimed to represent each individual with as many aspects of their lives/habits/subtleties as possible.

I have designed and produced these "layered portraits" with Mehmet Turgut utilizing photographs from Turgut's personal archive and 3D objects referring to key aspects of subjects.



Exhibition was held at Galeri Kambur in Istanbul on February-March 2019
