*Hola!
Ideas are not created out of thin air, in fact they are cross bred. Collage style have always fascinated me -and increasingly does so- with its simple yet powerful method; the act that, in its essence, frames collaging: deconstruction and reconstruction of reality. A simple act of recontextualizing an image can have a drastic impact on both the artist and the viewer. Our perception of world gets infected, ideas, views and acts alter, acts change the reality, reality changes perceptions; thus a simple act forms a powerful circle. In my pieces, I intend to address -whether being societal of individual- a universal human condition via this simple act. I merge parts to form a whole that is bigger than its parts.
I hope I can 'infect' you somehow so 'a butterfly can flap its wings in Peking, and in Central Park, you get sunshine instead of rain.”
